Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button on the right side of the product detail page. Fill in your shipping and billing information and your order will be shipped within 1 business day.

Q: Does your price include shipping fee?
A: Yes. 

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped within 1 business day following payment confirmation. Nationwide Standard Delivery takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control).

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may arise depending on the season or on the courier's volume of deliveries.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 1 business day to have your order processed. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number. You will be notified via email and/or SMS when your purchase is ready to be delivered.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Certainly. As we utilize COD as a method of payment, you pay when you receive the item.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since then, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original condition with the box and must meet any of the below criteria:

-The item received is incomplete. 
-The item is damaged when received. 
-The item is incorrect.

Q: I changed my mind. Can you hold my shipment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold shipments for shipping at a later date. Unless an order cannot be fulfilled by UniBeem, all orders will be shipped following the shipping schedule provided above.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse orders from clients with canceled orders or overdue accounts.
